Over the years we have represented many trades people, along with clients from many industries including manufacturing, retail, food, health care, and more. We have also represented people who may have never worked to earn 40 quarters.Regardless of these varying situations, we have had great success in acquiring benefits.

We make ourselves available 24/7 with any concern that may arise. There is never an initial fee. We only get paid a fee if we win the case and you receive a financial recovery.
We have successfully helped many disabled clients receive benefits even though they were denied. The federal government has put in place a system to help people who have become disabled for almost any reason, whether it is physical or mental in nature including illnesses such as Fibromyalgia. Benefits include a monthly financial benefit and health insurance. There are a number of options available.
If you have worked and earned 40 quarters of benefits (basically 10 years of work with 4 quarters in each year), you may be eligible for Social Security Disability insurance. Your monthly benefit depends on how much you paid into the system over the years. However, you may lose your eligibility if you wait too long to apply (in general the credits expire). We can explain this to you in more detail when we speak. This type of benefit comes with medical insurance known as Medicare, but there is a waiting period depending on when you were found disabled.
If your credits have run out, or you never had enough credits, then supplemental security income may be your only option. This is a monthly benefit of a set amount for all recipients, and it changes over time as the government sees fit (such as in the case of cost of living increases). This benefit is affected by spousal income and assets, along with other financial factors that could make you ineligible – even if you are found to be disabled. Medical insurance with this program is known as Medicaid and is administered through the state.
There are other programs available to adult children disabled prior to age 22, who have not earned 40 quarters. Their eligibility for disability benefits, however, may be eligible based on their parent’s credits.
Widow’s benefits may be available to widows (age 50 and over) who are found to be disabled. Eligibility depends on how many years ago the spouse died, and how many years they were married.
